Shipping Policy (for Rentals & Purchased Orders)

Tie-My-Knot ships within all 50 states and our customers enjoy free ground shipping on orders $50 or more. Orders below $50 will have a $4.95 shipping charge. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or DPO. For all estimated shipping time may be up to 5 business days and due date will be determined based on location at the time of purchase. Shipping will be done Monday through Saturday only.

Returns Policy for Rentals

All returns must include the following items: return label, packaging slip, and rented product(s). If any of these items are missing, processing time will be severely delayed. All necessary shipping items will be included with original packaging, if anything is missing please email us immediately at info@tie-my-knot.com and we will rectify the issue. We will send you a notification email when the product(s) arrive to our office.

Returns/Exchange Policy for Purchased Orders

If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, please contact us at info@tie-my-knot.com. We offer a 30 day return/exchange for purchased items. We will not accept return/exchange after 30 day from the shipping date. Tie-My-Knot will not reimburse shipping and handling fees. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer; we strongly recommend you to ship your return with insurance and delivery confirmation. Tie-My-Knot is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. All returns are processed within 7 days of receipt.
