Shipping & Return
Tie-My-Knot ships all over the world! All orders shipped will have a shipping fee applied. International will include added fees including custom charges. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or DPO. For all orders, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email which will include tracking number and estimated time of arrival that will be provided by the shipping company. Most orders will be sent via United States Postal Service Shipping and will be done Monday through Saturday only.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com. We offer a 10 day return/exchange for non-embroidered, customized bow ties ONLY. We will not accept return/exchange after 10 days from the shipping date. Tie-My-Knot will not reimburse shipping and handling fees. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer; we strongly recommend you to ship your return with insurance and delivery confirmation. Tie-My-Knot is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. All return payments will be processed and received within 7-10 days of receipt depending on the your banking institution.
